Aqua-Aerobics

Aqua-Aerobics – on Monday and Friday at 8:15 AM and 9:00 AM (duration: about 50 minutes, classes in the ticket price)

Aqua Aerobic is a lesson of exercises for starting out their adventure in aqua-fitness.

  • Safety: classes are safe, not just for the spine, but also for the entire body through displacement properties of water, which eliminates the risk of injury.

  • Character of the class: with Aqua Basic type of exercises there is less intensity of exercises and at once there is maintained positive effect on the body. These class combines the advantages of marches in the water, stretching exercises to increase range of motion of joints and relaxation movements.
