A workout aimed at overall body conditioning. The philosophy of this training is based on performing movements used in everyday life. It is suitable for anyone who wants to be healthy and fit.
Tabata is an interval workout in which we exercise for 20 seconds and rest for the following 10. Fat burning is the main purpose of practising tabata. The workout intensity depends on the exercise. Tabata workout is recommended for everyone.
A medium-intensity workout consisting of exercises that strengthen and shape the abdominal muscles, increase mobility, and reduce muscle tension. Especially recommended for people who spend a lot of time sitting.
Barbell classes use barbells and are performed to rhythmic music. The workout consists of popular weighted exercises (such as barbell squats, standing barbell presses, bench presses, etc.) performed according to choreography demonstrated by the instructor. The movement sequences are designed to strengthen all muscle groups in turn, with particular emphasis on the thighs, glutes, arms, and shoulders.
A combination of static and dynamic exercises. An intense interval workout that places strong emphasis on endurance. It helps achieve physical integration and inner harmony. Exercises are performed barefoot.
Classes begin with a warm-up consisting of simple fitness choreography. During the cardio section, several intense exercises are performed in repeated sets. This is a full-body workout that combines aerobic and strength exercises. The class improves overall fitness and targets all muscle groups. Suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level.
Healthy Spine classes are an antidote for anyone suffering from back pain or wishing to prevent it.
The classes include relaxation, mobility, strengthening, balance, and stretching exercises targeting specific muscle groups.
Classes focused on strengthening and firming the abdominal muscles, glutes, and thighs. The exercises slim the body and reduce cellulite in the lower body. Recommended for everyone regardless of age or fitness level. The workout consists of a warm-up, main section, and relaxation.
A combination of aerobics and dance. Simple, easy-to-remember, and repetitive steps performed to Latin music, bachata, and salsa.

The main result of practising yoga is your improved body awareness and increased mobility in the joints and muscles (often contracted or dysfunctional). Yoga is a healing exercise and therefore should be recommended to everyone.
Also known as interval training, this type of workout involves performing a series of strength exercises targeting all muscle groups with short breaks in between. It is characterized by high intensity, allowing you to burn a large number of calories in a short time while increasing strength and endurance.
