The pool located at 59 Sudecka Street, in the center of Jelenia Góra, is a seasonal outdoor swimming pool open during the summer holidays. Its offer is aimed at all enthusiasts of active leisure.
The complex includes: two swimming pools (each measuring 50 × 25 m) with a “spiral” water slide, as well as a children’s paddling pool with a slide. The facility also features a range of additional attractions, including a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, a playground, as well as changing rooms, toilets, showers, and food service facilities.
The pool at Sudecka Street dates back to 1933, when an outdoor municipal swimming facility was established. Even then, the complex included three pools, a diving tower, and all the necessary infrastructure. In the rounded corner building, there was a café with a glass wall overlooking the pool.
This modern and well-equipped facility for its time made it possible to host the All-German Swimming Championships in 1942.
