Functional training zone

No other facility in the region can compete with Termy Cieplickie in terms of the range of services. In one place you can use the swimming pools, relaxation and spa treatments, fitness classes and enjoy intensive workout on the squash court or in the Functional training zone. It is not like a typical gym. The zone is composed of:

• Functional callisthenics training zone
• Aerobics zone (stationary bikes, ski simulators, an elliptical trainer, a rowing machine).

The zone is perfect for doing your training or warming up before a game of squash. Our instructors offer there services as personal trainers.
